Poland to expand economic ties with Sri Lanka

 

Poland wishes to expand economic ties with Sri Lanka which includes tourism, said the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Piotr Klodkowski.

The Ambassador said there is an increasing number of Polish nationals traveling abroad and therefore there is much potential for enhancing tourist arrivals from Poland to Sri Lanka. He observed that Poland was not affected by the financial crisis and wished to expand economic ties with Sri Lanka, a Media Release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

Ambassador Klodkowski said he was happy with the important moment of Sri Lanka in its history and agreed that there was much potential to strengthen bilateral relations.
