The troops of Task Force 02 recovered following military items in a search operation conducted in the Pudukuduirippu area yesterday (7): 14 Shells,04 Improvised Mortar bombs, 59 Mortar rounds ,01 T-56 Weapon and 01 Shot Gun.

Meanwhile the troops of Task Force 08 recovered following military equipment in a search operation conducted in the Pudukuduirippu area on the same day: 07 Claymore mines, 01 02kg Claymore mine, 01 01kg Claymore mine, 10 RPG (HE) Rounds , 60 Detonators and 01 Cyanide capsule.

The troops also recovered one 130mm Shell and two Hand Grenades in the Pudukuduirippu East area on the same day.

The troops recovered following military items in a search operation conducted in the Pudukuduirippu West area yesterday (07): 02 Hand Grenades , 03 81MM Rounds, 03 60mm Rounds, 08 RPG Rounds ,01 T-56 Weapon, 05 Hand grenades ,10 Ammunition, 195 T-56 Ammunition, 32 T-56 Magazines and 12 AP Mines.
