Africa and Middle East Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will be organizing a trade and investment promotion mission to Qatar (Doha) and Egypt (Cairo) as well as Fact Finding mission to Ghana (Accra) from 30th November to 11th December, 2009.

The main objective of this exercise is to facilitate establishing and further expanding business contacts with potential business partners taking into consideration the advantage of entering into ever expanding markets not only in the Gulf Region but also in the North and West Africa, Ceylon Chamber of Commerce said in a statement.

The mission is organized to coincide with Diyafaa 2009 Trade Fair scheduled to be held from 1- 3 December 2009 in Doha, Qatar. Diyafaa is the 4th International Hotel and Restaurant exhibition for hospitality and food supplies.

In order to facilitate exposure to latest technical know-how available in Middle East and Africa, visits to manufacturing plants in Qatar and Egypt and meetings with the respective Government Officials will take place.
