Tunnel way to East

 
The Government has taken actions to build a tunnel way in Kaththankudy in the East, under the patronage of the Eastern Provincial Council Ministry.

It will be constructed at a busy location in the Kaththankudy town where several schools are located.

The tunnel way will be constructed at the expenditure of 10 million rupees and it will be 22 feet in length and four feet in width.

This will be the fourth tunnel way in Sri Lanka.

The President is paying a great deal of attention on road development with his concept of ‘Maga Neguma’ to develop infrastructure facilities in Sri Lanka.
