President Mahinda Rajapaksa handed over his nomination for the 2010 Presidential Election a short while ago at the Election Secretariat.

Twenty two other candidates, the highest number in a Presidential race so far in Sri Lanka also submitted their nominations to Election Commissioner Dayananda Dissanayake this morning.
