Postal vote applications exceeds 400,000

 
The Elections Commissioner had received 477,110 applications for postal voting for the forthcoming General Election.

Out of which 415, 432 applicants will be eligible for postal voting. The Elections Commissioner said 61,678 applications had been rejected as forms had not been filled correctly or had not met the required criteria.
