LTTE's diesel stock uncovered

 
Army troops and Police teams conducted a joint search operation in Puthukkudiyiruppu on Tuesday (13) and recovered a large stock of diesel hidden by the LTTE. The stock was estimated to contain about 20,000 to 25,000 liters of diesel.

Meanwhile, troops conducted search operations in the same area and recovered 1 x 81 mm mortar bomb and 2250 x rounds of 12.7 mm ammunition on the same day.
