Indian visa application collection centre in Jaffna

A visa application collection centre will be opened by the Indian Government in Jaffna on 5th May. Jaffna residents will be able to handover their visa applications in Jaffna instead of traveling to Colombo.

Applicants will only be required to travel to Colombo to collect the visas from the Indian High Commission in Colombo.

This announcement was made by the Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Ashok K. Kantha, delivering the address as the Chief Guest of the Jaffna trade fair yesterday (April 18).
