Media Minister seeks co-operation from all sections of the media

 
I look forward to the cooperation of all sections of the media to help realize the new expectations of the people in the post - conflict situation of peace, stated the Minister of Mass Media and Communication, Keheliya Rambukwella today assuming duties.

With regard to media culture, he said that it was up to those in the media to bring about necessary changes to create a media culture without conflict and more understanding to promote progress and development.

He added that it is best that any concerns with media are brought to him directly without third party interventions to achieve what is possible through direct negotiation and understanding.
