Special train service between BIA and Colombo

 
A special train service will be launched between Colombo and Bandaranaike International Airport at Katunayake soon.

It will be jointly launched by the Transport Ministry and the Ministry of Ports and Aviation Services.

Action has also been initiated to undertake a Luxury bus service
between Colombo and the Airport. Mr. Namal Rajapaksa, MP stated that it would cater to the needs of commuters and would be an impetus to the tourism industry.

Minister Kumara Welgama, Deputy Ministers Rohitha Abeygunawardena, Dayasritha Tissera and Rohana Dissanayake and Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa visited the Colombo Fort Railway Station to explore the possibility of finalizing arrangements in this respect.
