Technical college for Nilaweli

 
A new technical college and a hostel for the youth in Nilaweli are due to be declared open this month.

The total expenditure is four million Euros. The German Government is providing the required financial assistance.

Practical as well as theoretical training courses will be conducted on the agriculture industry, fishery and carpentry industry and the repair of mobile phones. 80 youths can undergo training at a time along with hostel facilities.
