Sri Lanka will be world’s best place to invest - German Ambassador

 
Sri Lanka will be the most sought after destination for investments in the world in the future, said the German Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Jens Plotner during a courtesy call on the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, D.M. Jayarathne yesterday (01 July).

The country has entered into a rapid development programme, the Ambassador further stated and added that a German delegation of investors will arrive in Sri Lanka in October.

Stressing that the Government has given high regard to uplift tourism in Sri Lanka, the Prime Minister called on the German Government to assist the country in its development.
