The Finance and Planning Ministry has said the government was planning to form a three-year development strategy from 2011 to 2013.

The Ministry has said the proposed development strategy will be announced in the government's 2011 budget in November.

"The process of formulating the 2011 budget within a three year framework from 2011 to 2013 is already underway," the Ministry said yesterday.

The Ministry has invited public representations from the public on stalled projects, resource mobilization, and simple ways of collecting revenue.
