More LLRC public sittings in N & E

 
The Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC) appointed by President Mahinda Rajapaksa has scheduled more public sittings in the North and East, for a two-month period from this month (September).

Public sittings in Kilinochchi and Mulaitivu will be held from September 17 to 19.

The Commission will be visiting Jaffna from October 9 to 11 to conduct public sittings followed by sittings in the Eastern Province.

The Commission held sessions in Vavuniya on August 14th and 15th.
The Commission has also called on the public who wish to make submissions, to contact the Commission by writing to its Secretary at LLRC, Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute, 24, Horton Place, Colombo 7.
