Technical courses for ex-LTTE combatants

3D Drafting and AutoCAD courses have been introduced to the ex-LTTE combatants in rehabilitation centers in Vavuniya by the Bureau of the Commissioner General of Rehabilitation to develop their technical skill.

The latest program is introduced with the assistance of the Federation
of Chambers of Commerce and Industries of Sri Lanka (FCCISL). The newly introduced AutoCAD course mainly targets female beneficiaries in Pampemadu and Poonthottam Rehabilitation centers.

"Sixty female ex-LTTE combatants are now following the course and they have higher job opportunities once they complete the course
successfully," Commissioner General of Rehabilitation, Brigadier
Sudantha Ranasinghe said.
