President meets Lankan medal winners

 
President Mahinda Rajapaksa met Sri Lankan medal winners of the Commonwealth Games 2010 this morning (15) in New Delhi, India and congratulated them on their achievements.

He assured them that further facilities will be provided for Lankan sportsmen and women to perform well in international sports events.

Responding to a request made by the sportsmen and women, the President assured to provide facilities for them to carry out their training in the Mahinda Rajapaksa sports stadium in Diyagama.
