Indonesian Naval ship arrives at Port of Colombo

 

An Indonesian Naval ship, “Kri Dewaruci” arrived at the Port of Colombo on yesterday (Nov.03).

The ship was ceremonially welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy on her arrival. A special programme has been arranged by the Sri Lanka Navy for the ship’s crew in order to enhance the friendly relations between the two Navies during the ship’s stay in Sri Lanka.

“Kri Dewaruci”, a sail training ship, is 58.30 meters in length and has a displacement of 891 tons. The ship carries a complement of 12 officers and 78 sailors.

The training vessel is scheduled to stay at the Port of Colombo until 6th November.
