Bids are invited worldwide to select a consultant to assist the Government of Sri Lanka in the 2011 Offshore Petroleum Exploration Licensing Round.

The tasks of the consultant include updating the current model petroleum resources agreement, reviewing and updating the existing computer model for financial analysis, promoting and marketing the licensing round and vectorizing approximately 3000 km of 2D seismic data.

Companies with previous experience in conducting licensing rounds are invited to submit bids by January 31, 2011. A complete bid document can be obtained from the address below via email.
