President Mahinda Rajapaksa left for London today (29) at the invitation of the Oxford Union and the Sri Lanka Society of Oxford University.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to address the Oxford Union on December 2nd.

President Rajapaksa previously addressed the Oxford Union in 2008 and the topic of his address was “Strategy towards Empowering the Rural Economy of Sri Lanka”.
