The Board of Investment has approved Sri Lanka’s mobile operator Dialog to invest $150 million towards the advancement and expansion of ICT infrastructure in the country.

This would mainly fund a fibre upgrade and broadband network expansion.

The investment will boost the country’s information and communication technology sector.
