Japan-SL air services schedule amended

The Governments of Japan and Sri Lanka have agreed to amend the schedule attached to the Agreement between the two governments for air services.

With this amendment, flight routes operated by designated airlines of Japan and Sri Lanka will be liberated in principle, at the specified locations in Japan and Sri Lanka, intermediate points and points beyond.

The Exchange of Notes to this effect was signed yesterday between Mr. Kunio Takahashi, Ambassador of Japan and Mr. K. V. P. Ranjith de Silva, Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, at the Embassy of Japan.
