The meeting will be held on April 21 in Colombo.

The Minister of External Affairs is currently in Bangladesh accompanying President Mahinda Rajapaksa on his three-day official visit.

Meanwhile, the government issuing a preliminary statement said the report is fundamentally flawed in many respects.

"Among other deficiencies, the report is based on patently biased material which is presented without any verification," the External Affairs Ministry said.
