Mannar Bishop satisfied with govt policies

 
The Bishop of Mannar, Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Rayappu expressed satisfaction at the policies of the government towards achieving national unity
The Bishop called on President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Temple Trees yesterday and appreciated the work done by the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC).
President Mahinda Rajapaksa said he looked forward for cooperation with the Sri Lankan Tamil people and the Catholic community towards country's development and peace.
