LLRC to examine Channel 4 video

 
The Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC) stated that the Commission intend on examining the recently aired Channel 4 documentary on Sri Lanka as part of its proceedings.

“We have already examined videos as well as pictorial evidence including Unmanned Aerial Photography (UAV) and sought expert opinions to study the formerly aired video on Channel 4. Therefore the examination of this video will also be carried out as matter of course by the commission, independently,” LLRC Spokesman Mr. Lakshman Wickramasinghe said.

Dr. Chathura De Silva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of University of Moratuwa provided his expert opinion on the previously aired Ch. 4 video in May, accepting an invitation by the LLRC.
