60 new courts to be established this year

The establishment of 60 new courts around the country will be completed within this year.

A number of new courts are to be established in the areas of Northern and Eastern provinces, the Ministry of Justice said.

The new courts will end the delay of justice delivered by courts, the Minister of Justice Rauf Hakeem said.

With the establishment of the new courts, the Ministry of Justice expects to change the court divisions of the country.

Ministry sources said that the demarcating of the court divisions has already been started.
