New British DHC assumes duties

 

Robbie Bulloch took up his appointment as Deputy High Commissioner to the British High Commission in Colombo this week.

“I’m delighted to take up post as Deputy High Commissioner in Colombo at a time of such great potential for Sri Lanka, said Robbie Bulloch commenting on his appointment as the Deputy High Commissioner.

I look forward to supporting the High Commissioner and the rest of the team in enhancing long established UK-Sri Lanka relationships, he further said.

Mr. Bulloch joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 2004 and has worked in different areas within the organisation. Prior to this appointment, he served at the British Embassy in Madrid since 2007, where he was Deputy Head of the Political section and First Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs.
