Thallady-Arippu bridge opened

 
The Thallady-Arippu bridge was declared open by Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa recently.

The bridge is 7.35 meters in width and 258 meters in length. The Arippu bridge is the shortest land route to Mannar from Puttalam.
