The World Spice Food Festival 2011 in Sri Lanka was inaugurated on October 26, and is held from October 28 to November 9 in Colombo.
This event will provide an exclusive opportunity for tourists in Sri Lanka to experience a myriad of cuisine from Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Singapore, Italy, South America, South Africa, and Arabia.
This also will offer the unique culinary expertise of the best master chefs participating in the event.
13 top hotels and five restaurants will participate in the Festival showcasing a collection of selected international cuisine.
