The 65th budget of Sri Lanka is to be presented to the Parliament at 1.30 p.m. today (Nov.21) by President Mahinda Rajapaksa, stated the Ministry of Finance and Planning.

This budget for the year 2012 is the 34th budget of Sri Lanka and the third budget of the seventh Parliament, the Ministry further says.
