This meeting took place subsequent to a lunch hosted by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono for the State Leaders participating in the Bali Democracy Forum IV in Bali.

Invertors in Brunei are interested in investment in agriculture and tourism in Sri Lanka, said the Sultan.

Many Sri Lankans render a significant service in the fields of banking and education in Brunei, he added.

Both leaders agreed on improving cooperation between the two countries. The Sultan also accepted an invitation made by President Rajapaksa to visit Sri Lanka in the near future.
