More ex-cadres to be reintegrated

 
Actions have been taken to reintegrate another batch of rehabilitated former LTTE cadres on January 22.

Accordingly, 74 rehabilitated ex-cadres will be handed over to their close relations at a ceremony to be held in Batticaloa.

According to the Department of Rehabilitation, 10, 375 ex-LTTE cadres out of 11, 984 have been rehabilitated and reintegrated into the society so far.

Also, measures have been undertaken to release the remaining cadres undergoing rehabilitation soon.
