An online system will be launched to interconnect the three departments to effectively handle the motor traffic violations, especially repeat offenders, officials at the office of Commissioner General of Motor Traffic said.

The system will pave way to access records quickly by the parties of the network.

Preliminary work of the online system is under construction, sources added.

The implementation of the new system is expected to enable the police, judiciary and the motor traffic department to prevent irregularities and offences.
