A top level conference and exhibition on Sri Lanka Ports, Trade and Logistics opened today (July 10) at Colombo Hilton, organized by Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) and Seatrade.
The two day conference and exhibition will focus on Sri Lanka’s new maritime infrastructure and commanding position as a trans-shipment logistics hub for bulk, break bulk, warehousing, bunkering, ship repair and ship building.
This event offers delegates the opportunity to gain critical business and commercial intelligence about the many opportunities and developments in the business sector. At the same time, exhibitors have a prime opportunity to showcase their products and services to a much focused audience of the maritime industry, port authorities and Government departments.
The conference will provide a high level platform for enhanced networking with Government decision makers, trade policy makers, investment promotion agencies, relevant multi-lateral organizations, research and academic institutions and private sector partners.
The programme will also address the salient issues relating to economic, investment and business activities in Sri Lanka.
