Exposition of Kapilavastu sacred relics at Kelaniya today

 
The Sacred Kapilavasthu Relics has been taken to Kelani Rajamaha Viharaya today, the exposition will be held till 6.30am tomorrow for the public before the relics are taken back to India.

The Exposition of the Sacred Relics at Hunupitiya Gangaramaya ended at 6pm yesterday.

In response to a request received from the government, the Indian government agreed to extend the ongoing exposition of the Sacred Kapilavastu Relics in Sri Lanka, by one more week.

The exposition, earlier slated to conclude on 4 September 2012.
