The new journal is intended to be a valuable resource for academics, researchers, engineers, and other professionals in the telecommunication and ICT sectors.

This journal initially will be published once in six months with an expectation of releasing it sometime in the future as a quarterly Journal. It contains in the inaugural issue 15 articles on topics relevant to the current phase of the telecommunication sector in Sri Lanka.
