Sri Lankan Airlines is now carrying out an International Passenger Survey aiming to increase service levels according to the needs of the passengers.
A free return air ticket for a destination of their choice is offered for the winner of a raffle held among the people responding to the International Passenger Survey.
Passengers are requested to fill out and handover the 'International 'Passenger Survey Form', provided on-board by the airlines cabin crew.
The form asks Passengers to rate the airline's performance on a number of areas. They include their overall experience; pre-flight reservation experience; airport services; punctuality of the flight; in-flight food and beverages; in-flight entertainment; cabin comfort and post-flight services.
SriLankan says a continuous cycle of monitoring and evaluating, followed by corrective measures where improvement is required is a necessary course of action.
