Mihin Lanka added another plane to its fleet yesterday with the delivery of an Airbus 320-200 from the Airbus Company of France. The budget carrier acquired another aircraft in August also.
Last month, the airline signed a distribution deal with Sabre Travel Network which connects travel agencies globally to expand its presence.
Mihin Lanka operates to eight destinations in the Middle East, Indian sub-continent and Southeast Asia in addition to providing seamless connectivity to over 50 destinations via its partner SriLankan Airlines. In early September it launched its services to Bahrain.
The airline plans to rapidly expand its services to over 10 destinations within the upcoming months, including potential new services to Madurai, New Delhi as well as Kathmandu.
