Buses to display name boards in all three languages

 
The Ministry of National Languages and Social Integration and the Department of Official Languages have decided to take strict legal actions from December 31st against all private and SLTB buses which are not displaying destination name boards in all three languages.

Discussions on the matter have been going on for months between Passenger Transportation Board and Sri Lanka Transportation Board.

Accordingly, destination display boards on all buses should be in all three languages from December 31st.
