Sri Lanka, India special forces engaged in counter-terrorism drills


The special forces of Sri Lanka and India are conducting exercises in counter-terrorism operations for 21 days at Nahan in Himachal Pradesh of India.

According to the Indian Army officials, the elite forces of the two countries have commenced the war games on December 3 at the Special Forces Training Centre in Nahan and the exercise is scheduled to end on December 24.

The two countries are expected to share their experience in counter-terrorism operations in the past two decades, the Indian Army officials have said.
