One of the prioritized objectives of the Army during this year is the enhancement of training opportunities at local and international levels, the Commander said.

The training will include proficiency training at private level, battalion training, joint military exercises, international training rounds, and language training sessions.

The Commander has noted that training and new technology, required for a highly qualified professional Army has now been introduced, raising the morale of the soldier.

The Army Chief has emphasized that the members of the Army as a highly trained force must be prepared to provide their services to the public round the clock and always maintain the highest standards of discipline as a matter of much importance.
