India eagerly awaits to welcome President Sirisena Indian PM


Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi had a telephone conversation with President Maithripala Sirisena today (13) morning and stated that Indian Government and people are waiting eagerly to welcome the new President and his delegates to India.

He stated further that the official visit of the new President will make the relationship between two countries strong.

Indian Prime Minister also wished the Sri Lankan cricket team for the upcoming world cup match to win the world cup as 1996.

President Maithripala Sirisena also wished the Indian cricket team.

President Sirisena will be on a state visit to India from 15th to 18th on an invitation invitation extended Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
