19A to the Constitution passed in Parliament

 

The Bill entitled “Nineteenth Amendment to the Constitution” was passed with amendments by the House yesterday (28).

Second Reading of the Bill was passed by the House after having taken, a division by name (215 in favour; 1 against).

Subsequent to the Committee Stage, the Third Reading was passed with a majority of two-thirds after having taken, a division by name (212 in favour; 1 against; 1 abstained; 10 absent).19A to the Constitution passed in Parliament
