Sri Lanka and Aussies in first super-six match

Sri Lanka and Australia meet today at Centurion in their first match of the Super Sixes.

Sri Lanka won the 1996 World Cup beating Australia by seven wickets. They have also beaten the current World Champions in the Champions trophy mini World Cup semi-final in Colombo last year.

Australia is the only country to be unbeaten in the competition so far and have come through Pool 'A' winning all their matches.

Sri Lanka beat New Zealand, Bangladesh, Canada, and the West Indies, tied with South Africa and lost to Kenya in Pool 'B'.
